Cancun International Airport (CUN) is Mexico's second busiest airport after Benito Juárez International Airport, serving some 13 million passengers per year who arrive for both leisure and business purposes. The airport is an efficient, two-terminal facility serving flights to a large number of domestic, US and international cities.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) has a good selection of facilities including essential financial services such as ATMs as well as other services aimed at enhancing passenger comfort such as bars, restaurants and shopping outlets.

Airport Information Desks

An information counter can be found at the main entrance to Terminal 2, while transient staff in both terminals are available to provide extra assistance. Since the airport has no dedicated information telephone line, passengers should contact their airline with any queries ahead of their arrival at the airport.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets

The Tiendas Duty-Free outlet is located in the Departures area of Terminal 2, while elsewhere a variety of duty-paid retailers are on-hand including a sunglasses, tobacco, t-shirt and silver shops.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants

The airport has a good selection of outlets selling food and beverages, the bulk of which are situated in Terminal 2. Among those on hand are Burger King and Domino's Pizza for fast food, TGI Fridays for eat-in meals, Bar Corona for alcoholic drinks and a Baskin Robbins outlet for desserts and sweet snacks.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities

Post boxes, ATMs and bureaux de change can be found in both terminals. However, there are no banks present at the airport.

Business and Conference Facilities

The airport's FBO building is available for meetings and it offers basic business facilities including Internet access. Meanwhile, a business centre with a good selection of business facilities is located in Terminal 2.

Disabled Facilities

Ramps provide easy access for wheelchair users, while those arriving without their own wheelchair may obtain one on request. Disabled toilets are also available in all public areas.

Other Facilities

The airport has two VIP lounges as well as a beauty salon, lockers and a video games arcade.
