- Take the 307 motorway south once you arrive on the mainland
- Continue straight on at the first intersection you meet
- Take a right turn onto the airport road at the second intersection and follow the signs for the airport

- From Punta Nizuc on the island section of the city, head west to the mainland, passing through Laguna La Cueva along the way
- Follow the road until you reach the first significant intersection
- Take a left turn at the intersection then proceed a short distance until you meet the next intersection, at which you turn right
- Follow the road to the airport
Directions to Cancun International Airport (CUN) from the east:
- From Playa Marlin on the island section of the city, head south to Punta Nizuc
- Head west to the mainland away from Punta Nizuc, passing through Laguna La Cueva along the way
- Follow the road until you reach the first significant intersection
- Take a left at the intersection and proceed a short distance until you meet the next intersection, at which you take a right turn
- Follow the road to the airport
Directions to Cancun International Airport (CUN) from the west:
- Head east until you join the 307 motorway
- Follow the 307 south, continuing straight when you meet the first intersection
- Take a right turn at the second intersection onto the airport road and follow signs for the airport
